WHY CHOOSE GOKAY ?
I began my career serving for eight years in The Turkish Airforce as a Radio Technician and Sports Sergeant. In 2001, I became a National Sportsman in Bodybuilding and won the Silver Medal in the Balkans International Championship. In 2005, I won the Gold Medal for Turkey.
I began my career in the UK working for the Nuffield Health but decided to branch out on my own. I set up my own business and have been training a wide variety of clients in the area for the past five years. I reside in Dulwich with my wife.
I am a highly motivated and professional sportsman who combines enthusiasm and warmth with a determination to deliver and exceed expectations, helping you achieve your goals.
I provide a structured approach to training and focus on achieving high performance levels.
I recognise that seeking a personal trainer is the first step to a "new you" so I will help you to accept sports as a lifestyle and continuous process, incorporating nutrition and looking holistically at training.
