This time last year I weighed a horrendous 19st after baby no. 3 thus actually wasn't me at my biggest. I suffer with polycystic ovaries and only have to look at a chocolate bar and put on stone. My weight was spiralling out of control and nothing I did worked!! So after i saw a photo I took control using my forever living products. I have not only helped my pcos symptoms I have now lost 6st 4lb. I am feeling amazing inside, my energy, I am happier, I don't have sore knees and back from the excess weight, I can run up the stairs and not be out of breathe, 1 year ago walking up them was a challenge!! But I still have 3 stone to go I am starting with my personal trainer tonight as it is time to get fit and tone along side my forever products. I can not thank the person who took the deciding photo enough it was the day I realised I had to do something. A funny photo of my little girl came up on my fb and I could not enjoy it because of how I looked at as a mummy. That is so sad to feel that way. I don't call it dieting in front of my little lady because i don't want her to grow up thinking mummy was always dieting and that she should have too i tell her i am getting healthy for her. Roll on 3 stone less when i take my next photos
