Want to get fit but don’t want the stress of gym memberships and the hassle of getting to the gym?

Our PT’s are all REPS Level 3 qualified and offer the following:

-Indoor or Outdoor workouts (weights, cardio, whatever!)

-Regarding Cardio-Running and Speed work

-Shadow Boxing

-Nutrition Advice

-Weight Management

We’re here to help you achieve your goals in a relaxed and easy going way. We can bring the gym to you so that you can work in an environment you are comfortable with, or maybe it’s a matter of convenience to you- whatever it may be.

-Dumbells -Barbell -Medicine Ball -Boxing Sparring Set -Exercise Mat – Cones – Jump Rope etc
