My name is Sarah Mathews, and I am a Skincare Specialist and Holistic Therapist. I started working as a Beauty Therapist back in 1996, working with some of the World’s Best Product Houses such as Clarins, Decleor, Guinot, Dermalogica and Crystal Clear. In 2005 I set up ‘Essential Therapies’ and have been building up my practice since then.

‘Essential Therapies’ by Sarah Mathews is a home based private practice allowing me to focus on you and your needs. The treatment room has been specifically decorated and set-up to be a calm space to get away from the world and enjoy your chosen treatments and giving it a warm relaxing feel. So from the moment you arrive, to the moment you leave I want you to be able to relax, unwind and enjoy the treatments you have in a comfortable, bespoke environment.

I will offer treatments from BABOR, the number one brand in Germany,Crystal Clear and Jessica Nail care plus ‘Eve Taylor’.
