I'm Gary Edwards, founder of Edwards Health & Fitness, I grew up in St Albans and became a qualified personal trainer and sports massage therapist through the leading personal training provider Premier Global 10 years ago after realising my passion for health and fitness when training & playing sports.

I like to train people in a functional style and believe it is the most efficient way of achieving results. I believes my clients feel better having done a tough no frills workout.

I have worked in numerous Health clubs and have always found my clients enjoy functional workouts more than other types of exercise, making them more likely to continue with their programmes and achieve their fitness goals.

My clients always feel better after a session, feeling invigorated albeit tired from a tough workout. I am determined to get people enjoying working hard, whether it be my outdoor Parkfit sessions in Harpenden or Personal Training.
