Deborah is a highly experienced and qualified Personal Trainer. Educated to Postgraduate level she achieved a Masters in Sport Studies and BSc (Hons) in Applied Science. She continues her professional learning to ensure she stays at the forefront of developments within the fitness industry.

Deborah’s passion and dedication to exercise and health is shown not only in her continual educational pursuit but also as an athlete. She has represented Great Britain and England as a Triple Jumper. Working with World class athletes and coaches in her chosen discipline has allowed Deborah to develop professionally as a personal trainer.

Drawing upon her experience Deborah can guide you through a fitness programme tailored specifically to your individual needs. Delivering realistic and achievable programmes that will ensure all your goals are met. She achieves maximum results because Deborah recognises you’re unique!

Since starting in the industry she has trained people from all walks of life, from business executives to athletes to busy parents. This ability to interact with such a diverse group of people has ensured Deborah’s knowledge is wide-ranging and her approach right for all.
