Dan White PT

My name is Dan White and I live on my boat, on the canal, in leafy Berkhamsted.

I studied at Sheffield Hallam University where I obtained a degree in Sport & Exercise Science and it was there that I decided to pursue my career in personal training.

I set up Dan White PT in 2002 with a specific goal in mind - to make people realise that personal training isn’t just for athletes!

I’ve had my own private studio for the last 3 years which allows me to offer the ultimate in flexibility for the client.

In my spare time you’ll probably find me walking my dog, Bella, or doing what I’ve been doing since the age of 9 - Shotokan Karate.
