Dan Lorimer Personal Training
I offer 45 minute home or outdoor personal training sessions for the small expense of £15. First I’ll provide you with a free consultation to discuss your goals, identify your current health status and ensure that you have enough space to train.
Although no commitment is required it’s advised that you have at least one session per week in order to help you progress towards achieving your goals. This should be combined with following the training programme I’ll create for you along with applying my nutritional advice to make healthy dietary changes.
I train everyone according to their own individual needs, which means the type and intensity of sessions will be suited specifically to you. If you’re new to training you shouldn’t be concerned about being pushed too hard as the difficulty will come as a natural and gradual increase. Alternatively I’m able to push you way beyond limits you could not possibly attain when training alone.
Overall I’ll do my best to give you all the support and encouragement you need in order to help you improve your fitness and achieve your goals.
