Welcome to DA fitness. We are a Personal Training company based in and around Northamptonshire, covering Kettering, Corby, Wellingborough, Northampton, Thrapston, Oundle, Market Harborough, Milton Keynes, Peterborough and all other surrounding Villages and Towns.

We provide a comprehensive health and fitness service that offers a complete solution to all your fitness, nutrition and lifestyle needs i and around Northamptonshire.

We can train at your home or outdoors, allowing us to work around your lifestyle commitments, giving us the opportunity to make fitness as convenient and accessible as possible for you.

Whatever your fitness level, personal goals or experience, we can structure bespoke personal training programmes to help you achieve your goals.

Personal training with DA Fitness will help keep you motivated whilst achieving results on schedule. We will ensure you are working at the right intensity in a safe and efficient manner to help maximize your progress. We can’t promise that it won’t be hard work and that miracle changes will happen overnight. What we can promise is that we will provide the knowledge, tools and the motivation to help you live a healthier life. Whether you want to lose weight, prepare for an event or sport, get fitter or build muscle, you need to set targets and realistic goals. After a detailed consultation and assessment, you and your trainer will set short, medium and long term goals to work towards. We want to see our clients reach and exceed their goals as quick as possible so we provide a complete fitness solution with our Personal Training option. You will not only get a unique, creative and enjoyable workout every time, you will get one to one nutritional and lifestyle support as well as tailored exercise programme when you are not with your trainer.       Group Training Group Training is ideal if you want to share your Personal Training experience with a family member, friend or a colleague. It offers exactly the same benefits of an individual Personal Training session, but with the added bonus of having the support of a familiar face. It’s also a great way to share your journey with somebody else as it offers both excellent support and a lot of fun. You don’t have to worry about not sharing the same goals as we will plan progressive sessions tailored to your individual needs whilst keeping the sessions in a group format.

      The Bootcamp is DEAD. With a Bootcamp on every corner and a trainer in every town offering the same formatted group training, it appears the Bootcamp which was once so very popular is slowly fading away. Mainly due to the unpractical nature of the sessions leaving people open to all sorts of injuries, sprains and pains. DEATH OF BOOTCAMP is a brand new and exclusive group personal training programme starting in Kettering very soon. If you are currently wasting money on a gym membership you never use or want to start getting fit and achieving your goals but don’t know where to start, then this programme is for you! “My aim was to invent a format of training where people gain individual support and guidance whilst having fun in a group setting. I came up with the concept as there are too many watered down bootcamps out there, most of which are more likely to leave you injured and out of pocket than getting real results.” 3 x group personal training sessions each week. Functional strength and conditioning. Metabolic fat loss training. Increase lean muscle and strength. Decreased body fat. Increase in fitness levels, stamina, agility and flexibility. Full nutritional and lifestyle support.
