Cygnus Beauty Spa

Cygnus Spa (previously known as Cygnus Beauty) located on the banks of The River Stort in Sawbridgeworth, changed ownership in June 2014 when I took over.

I'm local to Sawbridgeworth with over 10 years of experience, and have worked in several local salons and a 5 star hotel in London. I then went mobile and due to an expanding client base, decided to open my own salon.

After one month of taking ownership of the salon I employed Fleur. Fleur is my full time therapist who is qualified in NVQ level 3 beauty therapy. She specialises in Elemis Facials and CACI Face and Body treatments, however she is also great at nail painting, hot stone massage and threading too!

Over the past year quite a lot has changed in the salon - new products, new team and new treatments are on offer including two of the UK’s most well-known products, Elemis and CACI.

Here at Cygnus Spa we pride ourselves on offering quality professional treatments which are tailor-made for you, in a relaxed, calm and friendly atmosphere.

      Calluses are the pesky, hard skin areas that form on the heel - anyone that has experienced them will know they are difficult to get rid of! That's where the Callus Peel comes in – a small patch is applied to the heel and the bottom of the foot, which will soften the skin enough to allow us to scrape off the callus, using a plastic scraper (no skin is cut in this process!). The heel is then filed smooth with a gentle foot file and moisturised.
