Chris Cripps Personal Trainer

I spent 15 years in the Army, serving in the 2nd Battalion of the Royal Anglian Regiment, achieving the rank of Sergeant.

I am a keen sportsman and played football to a high standard thorughout my time in the army.

I am also a keen runner and have achieved several top 10 finishes in various distances. Since taking up running I have taken nearly 30 minutes off my half marathon time. I have also completed a number of marathons (current PB is 3hr 14m) alongside a number of long distance ultra runs (30 miles, 60 miles and 100 miles).

I am a big believer in nutrition and exercise is something that every one can benefit from. However not one size fits all. Everyone has different needs and goals, and that is where my services come into their own.
