BootyFit was first set up in 2009 and is currently run by Aislinn (pronounced ‘Ashlinn’) Quigley who has over 20 years of fitness experience. Having started her career in the industry working in private health clubs as a sales and marketing manager, Aislinn decided to pursue her passion of exercise and fitness with her own personal venture and since 2009 has been running postnatal exercise classes and female fitness classes alongside building up a loyal base of personal training clients (male and female).

Stacey Taylor is a qualified fitness instructor and personal trainer who specialises in both pre and postnatal fitness, alongside being a mum to her 6 month old son James. Prior to working in the industry, Stacey used to work with children with severe learning difficulties. Stacey likes to structure her BootyFit sessions to encourage teamwork, as she finds it helps motivate people whilst having fun!

      In our BootyFit sessions we use various exercise equipment and offer a variety of workout routines including mat work to strengthen the core, sets & reps to tone up and burn calories and circuit training for an all over cardio workout. We use lots of old school training methods that provide High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)
    • One to One Personal Training
      One to One personal training is a great way to motivate you in order to reach specific body shape and weight loss goals. Our female personal trainers, train both men and women of varying fitness levels and your personal trainer will put together a workout specifically designed for you and your personal goals. You’ll also get a diet and nutrition plan along with exercise routines to do at home on the days you don’t see your personal trainer to maximise results and speed up your journey to achieving your goal. Our diet plans and nutrition advice will help you eat a healthy, balanced diet that gets the best out of your training without having to go hungry!

    • 21 Day Weight Loss Challenge
      The 21 Day Weight Loss Challenge has the answer. It’s based around eating nutritional food that will optimise your health, it is not a crash diet! The food plans stabilise your blood sugar levels as opposed to calorie counting. When you know how to stabilise your blood sugar level you stop craving processed, sugary foods.
