We are a team of highly motivated health and fitness professionals sharing a passion for living a healthy, active life and dedicated to getting REAL people real RESULTS.
After experiencing poor eating habits, lack of exercise and feeling unhappy about our bodies, we decided to make the choice and learn how to eat, move and be HEALTHY. We have studied nutrition, tried and tested numerous diets and spoke to the country’s top FAT LOSS EXPERTS.
Armed with this knowledge and over fifteen years of client based experience between us we decided to create our very own Boot Camp. We have designed BOOT CAMP LEICESTER for anyone, male or female, young or old, to not only get proven long term fat loss results but to become stronger, fitter, happier and healthier.
