My name is Andi Vincent-Jones and I am a personal trainer and Pilates expert based in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire. Over the past fifteen I have developed a unique approach to fitness, bringing to it a wealth of exercise experience – backed by a host of professional qualifications – and my early training in nutrition as a private chef. This combination of fitness teaching and nutrition counselling puts me in the best possible position to help you realise your goals and even surpass them. It doesn’t matter what your reasons are for establishing a fitness programme – you may want to get fit, tone your muscles; need rehabilitation from a chronic injury or hope to improve your sport. I can help you.
I am a graduate of the Moyra Stott Pilates Institute. This intensive course is based on Joseph Pilates principles and comes closest, of the modern schools of Pilates, in preserving the essence of his original mind / body system. Over the years I have developed and enhanced the fitness programmes to suit the 21st Century Lifestyles.
Pilates works on the principle that by methodically developing a strong and flexible torso and core stability the whole body can be balanced, realigned and conditioned for the best possible performance. Its emphasis on quality not quantity means you’ll leave each class full of energy instead of exhaustion.
