Beauty by Julie

Julie Slater qualified 20 years ago with a BTEC National Diploma in Beauty therapy at the age of 24 after originally qualifying as a hairdresser and working at Thornton Hair studio way back in 1990.

Beauty by Julie is based in the heart of Bronte country in Thornton village. The salon (B beautiful) was opened by Julie in 1997 at 116 Market street Thornton and moved to larger premises above Thornton's local Barber John Drake in April 1998. Now trading for almost 20 years the salon has undergone changes with a new owner from 2006 after Julie gave birth to twins. Having opened another salon, Touch beauty in Hove Edge Brighouse for 3 years, sold the salon to purchase back B beautiful in February 2011.

The premises was placed on the sale market so Julie decided to move the salon a stone throw away to a smaller but quieter and more personal environment within her home. Julie welcomes you to her salon at home now known as Beauty by Julie, where you can relax and enjoy all the treatment benefits of a salon with a wide range of beauty treatments on offer at very competitive prices. Monthly offers are always available.
