My studies have given me a good understanding of the body, and I have a particular interest in those with chronic health conditions, having experienced some myself. I have worked with clients suffering conditions such as Ehler's Danlos Syndrome, Fibromyalgia, and Chronic Fatigue, adjusting treatments accordingly. When one has a health problem, it can be daunting to consider being touched by someone else or trusting someone will take care with your body; so you can rest assured that I will take a comprehensive health history from you, and I will make sure your treatment is tailored to your needs at each appointment.
With the hectic pace of modern living, and for so many, juggling family and work, it's essential to give time for self care, and massage and relaxation techniques are a great way you can do this.

Aromatic Indian Head Massage1 hr£40.00Deeply soothing and refreshing massage for the shoulders, neck, and scalp, using aromatherapy oils of Geranium, Lavender and Marjoram to help you relax and unwind. (Alternative aromatherapy oils are available for you to choose from) This massage can be helpful in alleviating tension headaches, stuffy sinuses, and neck pain. 10% of this treatment is donated to The Brain Tumour Charity.
