It is difficult in the ever growing fitness industry to find a Personal Trainer you can trust- one you can be 100% sure that they are going to put you first. I can fulfil that requirement. I joined this industry because of a strong desire to help people with the increasing problem of finding the time and energy to keep fit and healthy alongside a hectic work and social life. I like to think of myself as a realistic trainer, one who isn’t going to set you insane unattainable goals, a trainer who will work you hard, get you results and show you that exercise doesn’t have to be that ominous dark cloud hanging over you! Believe it or not, exercise can be fun!
I offer training sessions in the gym for those who thrive and work harder in that atmosphere. However, my priority is to offer training programmes in the home from those who are nervous of entering the gym environment and are unsure of what to do to a quick 20 minute session for that busy working individual. Whatever your situation I will work with you to ensure that you feel great, look great and still have the energy to make it look easy. Remember- fitness is for life!
