Anna G Personal Training

Having been into fitness all my life and after being made redundant several years ago, I decided to re-train as a Personal Trainer so that I could help those who wanted to change their lives for the better through health and fitness to do just that.

With over 13 years in the business, I believe my dedication and passion for what I do plus my motivational skills as a trainer and the sessions I provide, challenge my clients on both a physical and mental level. This is turn has helped and inspired them to gain the confidence and belief they need in themselves to make the changes necessary to lead a more fulfilled and healthier lifestyle. In many cases clients have achieved more than they ever thought they were capable of when first they started out on their fitness quest.

I will manage your movement limitations through the application of organised and effective mobilisation and corrective exercise strategies and so lead to a more efficient and favourable movement of joints and muscles

However it can be managed, by using a number of physical therapy related assessments I will provide a progressive program to correct the various muscle imbalances which have led to the back pain leading to more functional movement and a better quality of life
