Fully qualified Level 2 & 3 Trainer at YMCA London, I kick-started my career as a Personal Trainer in a large gym chain before moving on to manage teams of trainers.
Physical challenges have always motivated me even from an early age. At 10 years old I gained a black belt in Kye Shin Ryu - Ju Jitsu. I am extremely passionate about keeping fit and have led an active lifestyle as a result of this.
Previous careers required a high level of fitness including Army Cadet, Police Officer and Close Protection Officer.
