Why I train as I do?

I don't train to 'look good for summer'; I am pretty goal orientated and believe that deadlines in your training are positive however for me this is a lifestyle choice. I am a bodybuilder. I am passionate about bodybuilding. I love its reginentatity, its total adherence, and the need for total control. I love how it is vital and meaningless all at the same time. Everything and nothing.

I love it mainly because it is how I have chosen to look. I don't do it to appeal to men, or anyone else for that matter. I do it to appeal to myself; it negates the role of mainstream sexuality.

I wholeheartedly understand that most of my clients and the general population do not want to look like me. However the basic premise of bodybuilding

1- To decrease body fat

2- To increase /maintain muscle mass

3- To even out proportions

4- To work around injury's

Can be related to most if not all clients.
