Through AMK Fitness I want to make fitness accessible for all - for those busy mums, those that run their own business, those who don't like the gym, for those that fitness to be more convenient.
I want you to feel success. I want to help you learn more about your health and fitness. I want to inspire, encourage and support you to achieve your goals and maintain them well into future.
Whether you are only starting out or a regular exerciser, I will help you (to help yourself) to achieve your goals, whether that is getting into shape, weight loss, toning muscle, improving your fitness or returning to exercise after time off.
AMK Fitness, based in Southampton, Hampshire, was established by me Alissia Knight. I have my own personal achievement of losing over 5 stone by improving eating habits and introducing regular exercise and training. It wasn't easy and even today I have my own battles but I have established some great habits by changing my approach to and thinking about food and exercise.
Alissia is passionate about fitness, health and nutrition and decided after over 10 years in office based roles to take this enjoyment a whole step further and focus on aiding and supporting others to achieve their goals.
Being fit and healthy should be an ambition for us all and it can be a reality with just a little hard work and commitment.
