5 Star Pampering

5 Star Pampering is the brainchild of Claire and is a natural extension of her existing beauty therapy business.

“I worked at a stockbroker straight out of school and then moved on to a career in HR. I loved dealing with people and started planning for the future so I had a career that would fit around a family.”

Claire decided to get qualified and successfully acquired her NVQ in Beauty Therapy (whilst still in her ‘day job’). She practised on friends and family and then her family came along. As soon as her daughter was old enough her business background came to the fore and she launched her own business.

“Having seen so many stressed people in my HR role I knew that there was a demand for means of reducing the pressure.”

Offering a packaged service seemed an obvious step; when people are trying to organise a special event the details can take time and effort. Claire takes all that away – you just need to tell her where, when, how many people and choose their treatments and qualified, insured therapists with a treatment schedule arrives fully equipped. This ensures everyone can just relax and enjoy themselves.

Claire then opened up her own salon in December 2014 in the heart of Brentwood which she runs alongside the pamper party business.
