Peter is an up and com­ing per­sonal trainer /​sports sci­en­tist /​trainee sports mas­sage ther­a­pist; renowned for pro­duc­ing breath­tak­ing results and cre­at­ing many life chang­ing trans­for­ma­tions deliv­ered with the high­est qual­ity, effi­ciency and professionalism.

Peter’s train­ing method­ol­ogy derives from his degree in sports sci­ence, cov­er­ing key areas such as sports psy­chol­ogy, anatomy, phys­i­ol­ogy and the bio-​mechanics of human move­ment. The bespoke appli­ca­tion of per­sonal train­ing has been devel­oped to the 3PT stan­dard with the high­est regard for client suc­cess. Peter’s back­ground as a for­mer national level ath­lete (pole vaulter) has always been the basis for his pas­sion and drive in health and fit­ness. His thirst for knowl­edge, infec­tious train­ing style and relent­less drive in the pur­suit of excel­lence serves only to moti­vate his clients to reach and aspire beyond their own lim­its and time after time sur­pass their own expectations.
