Zumba with Dawn

I’m an ex-Professional dancer (Trained at Laine Theatre Arts in London) & I have been teaching dance and fitness for over 10 years. The Current Qualifications I hold are Zumba® & Zumba® Toning, Clubbercise, Insanity, PiYo, Bounce dance Fit, Fitsteps, Exercise to Music, NASM Advanced Personal Trainer (REPS level 3), Pre & Post Natal Specialist, Pilates Advanced Level 3, Health Related Fitness for Children, Zumbini & Les Mills BodyJam / Combat / Pump / Attack.

I teach dance fitness classes for all ages in community venues around Aldridge, Walsall. The classes I am currently running on my schedule are Zumba®, Insanity, Fitsteps®,PiYo® And Clubbercise.

With all of my classes you have the option to Pay As You Go or block book and save money, so you don’t have to sign up to any lengthy contracts.

I also take one to one personal training sessions and Pilates Personal Training, at a studio in Aldridge or from the comfort of your own home.
