I’m Juan - the founder of JSM Fitness, based in St Albans, but covering Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire and London.

I’m a straight talking, former gymnast and I certainly practice what I preach when it comes to my body.

I am a fully qualified, REPS Level 3 Senior Advanced Personal Trainer and am ready to help you achieve your goals.

I believe in training my clients in a professional, productive and fun way.
