Dare Salon & Academy

Dare Salon and Academy is a dynamic and innovative vocational training organisation that specialises in high quality hairdressing training. Dare offers high quality training in Apprenticeships at our hairdressing academies in Waltham Abbey, Essex. Dare provides training to hairdressing salons as well as training individuals that want a career in hairdressing. We provide training for salon juniors and we also provide salons with trainee pprentices Courses that have been carefully selected to meet the salon's own requirements.

All Dare courses have been carefully designed to motivate young people who want to be hairdressers to be the best that they can be; 'Aspire to Achieve Excellence'. We offer training that is designed to deliver a real work based experience and use professional teaching staff from within the industry to ensure that the curriculum meets the needs of the modern salon environment. Our innovative fast track Apprenticeship will also offer key employability skills such as customer service, commercial salon awareness and product sales

    This is by far the best hair salon I have ever been to. The staff are always welcoming and friendly they have a warm fun and relaxed atmosphere... they take time to make u feel relaxed and at ease. They discuss all your needs and will be honest with their opinions about what styles will suit you, which to me is a must as too many hairdressers are scissor happy and do not care if the hairstyle will suit your face shape etc.. so to me it means a lot to know the staff are putting you first and are trained well enough to be confident in giving their much valued opinions. They also work long hours (all standing on their feet all day) and do late nights and even Sundays. .. I never go anywhere else. They so deserve this award and recognition for all their hard work.
