Bee-Fit Club

Affordable, friendly, flexible personal training gym for all ages (15+) and abilities. We pride ourselves in being supportive and highly-effective. We currently train members from 15 to 86 years old. We have members with health issues and we have super-fit athletic members. We have lots of members with back and knee problems which we work around. We help members set and achieve their fitness goals. Our workouts are never the same twice. Using a mix of cardio, core, weight-training, functional, HIIT, and focussing on different parts of the body in different sessions, Bee-Fit does all the thinking for you, makes the workouts fun, interesting and specific to each individual member. We also offer nutritional and weight-loss support and members can use our medical device-standard body composition machine to help with goals and motivation. We have members of all ages, shapes, sizes and goals including weight-loss, fat-loss, toning, strength, increased bone density, flexibility and mobility, healthy blood pressure, increased lung function, general health and well-being. When you enjoy exercise and make friends doing it, it become part of your routine and that's what we're all about at Bee-Fit. We have different memberships including peak, off-peak, joint, family and corporate, with or without initial 12-month contract. We also run boxercise classes as an extra and have an in-house sports massage therapist and beauty therapist. We are open seven days a week and, importantly, have free parking! We offer a week's trial for just £15.
